Our Technology Featured in Allergy & Rheumatic Diseases September 2025 Issue – Special Feature on “Allergen Immunotherapy”
In the September 2025 issue of Allergy & Rheumatic Diseases, special feature “Allergen Immunotherapy: Future Perspectives”, our CSO Naoki Goshima, researchers Daiki Kinoshita and Ayaka Sato contributed an article entitled “Comprehensive Autoantibody Analysis Platform Using the HuPEXⓇ Protein Array.”
Abstract:
It is well known that disease-specific autoantibodies are produced in various conditions, including autoimmune diseases and collagen diseases. The development of the HuPEXⓇ comprehensive protein array has made it possible to analyze autoantibodies present in small amounts of blood in a comprehensive manner. This array enables the reproduction of antigen-antibody reactions in a wet state close to physiological conditions, leading to the discovery of novel autoantibodies that had not been identified before. Since the launch of our contract analysis service using this array, research findings have been published one after another. This technology is expected to contribute to the fields of medical research, drug discovery, and diagnostics.
