Research and Testing A-Cube®
The A-Cube® is a research test for autoantibodies associated with A small volume of blood (300 μL) is required for the A-Cube analysis, which is performed using protein arrays loaded with non-dried human antigen proteins. This approach enables the simultaneous detection of multiple autoantibodies associated with collagen and neurological diseases.
HuPEX® Comprehensive Protein Array Contract Analysis Service
We provide the contract analysis service that assays and analyzes samples (human serum, plasma, purified antibodies, etc.) received from customers using protein arrays containing approximately 135,000 different human antigen proteins.

We manufacture Non-dried ELISA-like 96-well plates (antigen-binding plates) loaded with the customer’s desired antigen are prepared, and measure antibody binding reactions.
Up to 95 antigens can be loaded on one 96-well plate (1 well is negative control).
