Comprehensive analysis of autoantibodies in sample at once

Measurable specimens

We can measure two types of samples: human serum and plasma. The measurement target of antibody class is IgG only.
The required sample volume is 300 μL of serum or plasma. This is about 1/100 of the amount of a typical blood draw (10-15 mL).
Less injury to the provider.
We can also provide analyzing service purified antibodies, monoclonal antibodies, and cerebrospinal fluid. Please consult us about the required sample volume before order.

Contract analysis service focusing on IgG

Measuring IgGs is very important to understand the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. IgG, a type of immunoglobulin, is the most abundant in serum and is a clue to evaluate immune function. In certain diseases, abnormally high levels of IgGs or its subclasses may be used as part of the diagnosis.

The increasing of IgG polyclonality (increasing of many types of IgGs that against various antigens) seen in many autoimmune diseases reflects the characteristics of the disease. To detect the increasing of IgG polyclonality helps to diagnose the disease. In addition, measuring IgG may be useful for detecting abnormalities in immune function related to autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiencies.

Continuously measuring IgGs is useful for evaluating treatment efficacy and determining disease activity.

IgG measurement provides important information for many situations, including the diagnosis, treatment management of autoimmune diseases and understanding the pathogenesis of the disease, so our services focus on testing for IgG.

In the future, we develop a service that can also measure IgA and IgM.
