What are custom protein arrays?

A custom protein array is a made-to-order protein array that is loaded with antigen proteins according to the customer’s requests.
Maximum number of antigens that can be loaded: 240 antigens

Proteins to be loaded on the custom arrays are selected based on the results of the HuPEX^® array.

It is often used in the following cases:

pick up candidate of biomarkers by screening with HuPEX^® arrays and identify the biomarkers efficiently by analyzing a large number of samples with custom arrays carrying candidate proteins.

Upon request, we can also analyze a small number of antigen protein s with the wet-ELISA plates prepared in the same way as the protein array.

What is a statistical analysis service?

In the optional analysis service, we investigate statistically the trends between data groups of your HuPEX^® array.
In addition, your data groups can also compare with the healthy specimens (Japanese) that we have.

We can also analyze the results you have previously ordered.
